It makes sense to me to have the TEN’s procedure for 45 min to relax my tense jaw and neck muscles… then get a mold of my teeth in that mode, in better alignment. When the splint/device is made, I will be wearing it both day and night. Hope it works, and I get permanent relief. I’m keeping my fingers crossed because I have tried everything.Posted on Google

She catches problems early and any follow up care is usually available within a week or two. She goes to great lengths to provide excellent care while minimizing any discomfort. She and her staff of John and Catherine are all affable yet professional and always welcoming. Madison Sites18 April 2019Dr. Morshedi, John, & Catherine all do a great job of making everyone feel welcome while also giving some of the best dental care I've ever received. Catherine is always a step ahead of any insurance issues and makes every phone call or step in the door feel like you're interacting with family. With Catherine doing as much work on the paperwork side in advance and the efficient working relationship between Dr. Morshedi & John, I'm often in-and-out in 30 minutes for a cleaning. Make no mistake, though, I've never felt rushed. After a warm welcome from Catherine, she or John start the visit off with a warm and scented neck pillow. The little niceties keep coming through the procedure itself with glasses to help block the bright light of the overhead lamp. If they have to do any drilling, they offer a radio and headphones to help block that shrilling noise. I found even more comfort in realizing how up to date Dr. Morshedi stays on dental technologies. It sucks to have to get a filling re-done, but, dang it, it was so cool to see her take a 3D image of my mouth and then walk right down the hall to get my new filling off her printer. Finally, whether it is a standard cleaning or another procedure, the cherry, er, maybe lavender on top, is a fresh lavender-scented towel to wipe off your face. After a quick stop with Catherine to schedule your next appointment, you're out the door feeling calmer than when you stepped through it.Posted on Google
